At L2Avalon there is 2 types of Epic Jewels . 
Normal and 
Improved
Improved Version provide more stronger bonuses and you can find them from Blacksmith 
by pressing
button.
You can purchase Epic jewels with 2 more also ways.
First one is to farm normal bosses and we have a Raid boss Season that every 24Hours leaders taking reward Raidboss Coin 
every Jewel have different price , here is a plan of Raid Boss Season : 
The second way to get Epic Jewels is to purchase first the Fake Epic Jewels make them +8 and then exchange them for Normal :
